Laravel, and the infrastructure underneath it. I care most about the part that usually gets skipped: whether the thing you built can be deployed, observed and recovered by someone who was not in the room when it was written.
A two-person firm cannot hide behind a delivery process, cannot send someone else, and cannot take on work it is not actually good at.
That is the whole proposition. We turn work down that a larger firm would take, because the only thing we have to sell is judgement, and judgement that needs the contract is not worth buying. It also means our calendar is a real constraint — when we say the next availability is in six weeks, that is not a negotiating position.
The name is the two cities. We work remote-first and come to you for the parts that need a room.
